**Lowbudget rapsplotation flicks at it's finest.** It's not "good" but it's entertaining, a No Limit Film (if you were into rap music in the late 90's you know about No Limit Records). Silkk The Shocker is a pretty terrible actor and he's got the lead but that is part of the what makes it entertaining. Inspired by Scarface, Carlito's Way and those type of movies (albeit of course of lower quality). Snoop Dogg and Master P are more background actors in this.
